At Atelier de Fleur we want you to love your item. If for any reason it doesn't live up to your expectations please contact us at atelierdefleurparfumerie@gmail.com and we will help process your return or otherwise solve your problem. 

SHIPPING
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $99 and free shipping on all international orders of $200 or more. If you would like to upgrade your shipping option, we are happy to do that but will apply an additional shipping charge. 

We would love to be able to offer free shipping on all orders - and maybe someday we will - but, we are a small business and do not have the same capacity as stores like Amazon. However, unlike Amazon, we provide genuine customer care, sustainable and beautiful packaging, and a level of love and care for our customers and products that is unmatched anywhere else. When you buy from Atelier de Fleur you are supporting a close-knit family, a young couple starting out, and local charities in Nashville and Southeast Michigan.
